Create your own numeric data points for things like quantities, durations, and even use a 1-9 scale for things like your energy and stress levels. Rate your mood nightly with optional reminders. We'll find relationships in your data to tell you what activities and habits go together, and what makes you happier. Use it to understand symptom triggers, what affects your sleep, and what factors contribute to a productive day.
